How does a child's temperament affect their adaptation, flexibility and approach to life? In this session, you will learn about the ancient theory of temperaments and their modern interpretation in science and education. We will use the children's book "Winnie the Pooh" to explore how temperament can be shifted through nurturing mental well-being and emotional intelligence.
